Over the years Charles Page has assisted many clients in site acquisition. He is aware of many properties before they come on the market, and has an intimate knowledge of the North Shore as well as many, many contacts in the real estate industry. We cooperate with all real estate sales agents.
Since we build exclusively in very established North Shore communities, most of our projects involve "tear-downs." We assist with the razing of the existing homes.
- Step 1 - The first step is to schedule an appointment with Charles Page to discuss your new home, its size, appointments, design and your budget. Based on this information, we can give you a cost estimate of the total project. Once you sign our Architect's Agreement, Charles Page will begin the preliminary or design stage of your home.
- Step 2 - When the design drawings are completed, a more accurate cost estimate is given and the final working (construction) drawings and specifications will be completed.
- Step 3 - When the working drawings are completed, we then do competitive bidding to arrive at the final exact cost of your home.
- Step 4 - When you sign our Building Agreement, we obtain the Building Permit and immediately begin construction of your home. The actual building process takes approximately 12 months, if selections are promptly made.
